About Samaritan Counseling Center of the Fox Valley

Every child deserves someone to talk to when life feels overwhelming. But for many families, the cost of counseling can make getting help feel out of reach. Samaritan's Project Open Door Fund helps children and teens access professional counseling regardless of a family’s ability to pay. This fee assistance fund reduces financial barriers so kids can receive support for anxiety, grief, family changes, school stress, and other challenges during important stages of growth. When families participate in the Generosity Journey, their gifts help open the door to care, healing, and hope for another child in our community. Every donation to Samaritan helps ensure that when a child needs support, the door to care is open. *For every $1 donated through this online campaign, the Thrivent Member Network -- Wisconsin Upper Michigan Region will add $1, up to an additional $10,000, with a maximum match of $500 per gift/household. Thrivent will pay up to $300,000 in online processing fees per calendar year for personal donations made through Thrivent's online giving platform.
