About Missions Of Hope Golf Fundraiser

The 2019 Missions of Hope Annual Golf tournament is Monday, August 19, 9:00 am at the Heritage Golf Club in Wake Forest. Through our annual golf tournament, funds are raised to support team costs, for donation to disaster and recovery efforts, as well as local Hope outreach ministries. Over the past year, we have used golf tournament proceeds to support several mission events. • NC Mountains - In the spring and fall each year, a Hope team travels to Spruce Pine, NC to volunteer with the Habitat for Humanity of Mitchell-Yancey counties. This is an economically depressed area in need of volunteers. • Puerto Rico - A team of 13 from Hope traveled to Puerto Rico in November 2018 to assist with roof repairs after Hurricane Maria and renovations to a community center. • Young adults participating in mission trips to Thailand and Madagascar • NC Disaster Relief – Lumberton and ongoing trips to Havelock and Jacksonville Don't play golf? You can support Missions of Hope with a donation.
