About Global Cuisine Night

The purpose of this event is to bring together volunteers, creating an enticing opportunity for raising awareness in our community about education and empowerment projects in other parts of the world. The proceeds from the event will go towards projects in Nicaragua, India and Africa, as we have local community members working in each of these areas who are dedicated to serving and improving the quality of life for people with few resources. For example, Cedro Galan, is a Learning Center near Managua, Nicaragua. Specifically, the aim for this location is to gather resources to purchase essential building supplies to protect library materials and sewing machines from the rain. We are inviting people to experience the flavors and aromas of international cuisine while learning about projects that directly impact the quality of life for people living in India, Nicaragua, and Africa. This event provides an avenue for generosity and helping others. We believe, “Working Together, We Can Make a Difference.”
