About Backyard Wishes

Backyard Wishes is an organization dedicated to ensuring children in the Waconia community feel a strong sense of belonging by provided opportunities for students to participate in activities that allow them to be involved in their school and community. Examples of how your donation will help support a Waconia student: -Bank instrument rental = $45 per month -A community ed class or camp = $80-$250 per month -A Parkour class at Laketown = $160 -Prom = $90 -School supplies = $80 -Football camp for high school = $215 *For every $2 donated through this online campaign, Thrivent will add $1 up to an additional match of $1,000. Thrivent will pay up to $300,000 in online processing fees per calendar year for personal donations made through Thrivent's online giving platform.
